OUR LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

Uitkyk Safaris home base is located in central South Africa on the border of the Northern Cape and Free State provinces. Kimberley airport is a mere 15 minute drive away and 500km from Johannesburg.

Our Limpopo concession is located in the beautiful Waterberg area, close to Vaalwater, a 3 hour drive from OR Tambo International.

There are daily flights from Johannesburg to Kimberley or you can also fly to Bloemfontein which is only 1.5 hours away. Please contact us if you need assistance in booking these or would like a quote on road transfers or private charter.

From Kimberley you travel on the N8 towards Bloemfontein (Petrusburg road) for approximately 18km. You will see the main entrance gate on the right-hand side. Please contact us with an estimated time of arrival in order for us to meet you at the gate or alternatively collect you from the airport.
