Hunters can choose from one of our ready made up packages or have a package custom made according to which animals they want to hunt.
The options are endless and we are flexible, always trying to meet our clients every need
In our view the ideal duration of a safari is 7-10 days, but we do cater for shorter or longer stays as well
All packages and daily rates include:
• All meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks and picnics.
• All Teas, coffees, soft drinks, beer, selected wines and spirits
• Daily laundry service
• Meet and greet at airport
• Transportation between Kimberley airport and camp and between concessions where needed
• Licensed South African registered Professional Hunter
• Field staff for preparation of hunted animals for taxidermy purposes and transportation of trophies to local taxidermist
• Use of one 4x4 hunting vehicle per PH
• 14% value added tax on daily rates
• Animals lost or wounded (will come off package quota)
• Air charters/flights to destination
• Packing, dipping and documentation of trophies
• Shipping of trophies from South Africa to final destination
• Gratuities of PH and staff
A 50% deposit of the total package is payable on confirmation of the safari
No refund of deposit can be made if client cancels safari within 2 weeks of scheduled safari unless safari can be rebooked.
Cancellations prior to two weeks before the scheduled or rebooked safari will be refunded less a 50% administration fee of the amount.
